The mountain views from the northern side are pretty impressive from the kitchen window and lets not forget the stunning little sunset patio. This is exactly where I would be on December 24, 23h59 and 59 seconds! If you do view this house, I will make sure you view in the morning and evening since each holds something to be seen and admired from that level of the property. Just for completion, the guest bathroom is perfectly positioned there too since you don't want to miss out on anything by leaving that space!

On the second level are all the bedrooms. The main-en suite and three further bedrooms. There is a large, full bathroom which is shared but not to worry, a third bathroom is available downstairs. I would use that one to wash off the sea sand and keep the mess and ice-cream stained t-shirts downstairs since it is located right next to the laundry area.
