Hmmmmmmm..........this one definitely will appeal to many of you and I can concur - its really an attractive property.
Located in one of Hermanus Heights' most popular streets with quite extraordinary views of both sea and the mountain range. I think interested buyers should view if space is a non-negotiable factor in your search. The entrance hall and lounge area are expansive and in every part of this home there is a postcard outwards either to the sea in the south or the mountains to the north. Luscious light peeps in through most angles and the kitchen and dining room are no different. The kitchen does open up to another morning coffee spot on sun-rise-facing patio. You decide where you want to be.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs and both are en-suite; in fact all the bedrooms are. The main upstairs is large, airy and light. Snuck in between the fourth bedroom is a study with built in cupboards. There are two lounges and can be cordoned off if that is what you need to do to get some peace and quiet.
Each bedroom upstairs has access to the balcony and each bedroom downstairs access to the patio. I like that. Gives one a sense of space and privacy. I think the heart and soul of this property is definitely the pool patio - it just hums with memories of late night talks, soulful shiraz and skinny dips. My favourite spot. Besides that, the views are beautiful.
