This is the second home I am presenting on behalf of this client and its just as lovely as the first. A little apartment in itself with a downstairs lounge and coffee station. But the second could also be your main on a second level and offering much the same. The third bedroom is currently used as a study but can be either or. Bathrooms always appeal to me especially when the finishes are just right, which all these are. On the practical side you are sorted for Eskom-I-dont trust you- days.
