Our darling suburb of Eastcliff seems to creep into our hearts again with a property like this. To begin with, its location is perfect with views of Hoy's Koppie and of course, within walking distance to Woolies, so no need for Dash! Not only that but it lies within a hub of Hermanus for recreation, schooling, shopping and other. From the curb side, this property is as an exceptionally well maintained property and as neat as a pin. A very welcoming entrance and you will immediately notice that there is parking for several vehicles in addition to the enormous double garage.

The entrance hall has a great feel with the original wooden floors and high ceilings. The formal lounge and dining room are very spacious, open and light. I love these two rooms - there is an air of quiet nostalgia and that always puts me at ease. There are three large bedrooms of which the main is en-suite with a full dressing room. The flow in the house is "easy" and perfectly proportioned in a homely fashion. There is an upstairs loft which currently works as the study and adjacent to that, a very large storage room where you can store just about anything! The kitchen and second dining room boast a fabulous grand space downstairs with the lounge central to all. This area of the house is open plan and if you like to "kuier", this property should be on your short list. 

There are several zones for family and friends to relax and get together or not..... The patio area, for me, is the heart beat of this property. I think probably because its so open and it links all the entertainment areas to the landscaped garden and the inviting pool. I think if you celebrating Christmas or just having your morning rusk and coffee, this property has a little place for everyone to just be and chill. My personal favourite spot as a dendrophile is just below the the large Cape Ash tree which in itself I think could tell many many stories. 

I like this property. It has something good karma-ish about it - and you want that.
